Got Water Rentals - Your Boat Rentals and Sales Concierge
Q: Why rent?
A: No monthly payments, no insurance premiums, no storage hassles, no maintenance headaches - we could go on and on...

Q: How old do I need to be to rent a boat?
A: Regardless of the law, we require that the captain / driver of the boat must be at least 25 years of age and show proof with a valid driver's license at the time of rental.

Q: What about my Security Deposit I put down?
A: Your Security Deposit will be returned to you upon the acceptance of the condition of the watercraft from Got Water. Please read our                              for further information.

Q: What damages would come out of my Security Deposit?
A: You will only be charged for damage caused to the boat during the rental period.  For your convenience, the guest and Got Water will conduct a COMPLETE Review / Preview inspection of the entire watercraft marking any dings, dents or scratches.  No Hassles!

Q: Can I pay cash for my security deposit?
A: No, the renter must provide a valid major credit card at time of departure.

Q: When can I launch the boat?
A: We open at 8:00 a.m., seven days a week.  However, we offer Dawn-to-Dusk launch times when arranged in advance.

Q: Do I launch the boats myself?
A: No, we always launch and retrieve the boats for our guests while you and your party wait at the courtesy dock - no stress!

Q: I am a novice boater, can I still rent a boat?
A: Yes.  Our watercraft are easy to operate.  We will run you through a boating safety program and walk you through an orientation of the watercraft itself.  Every boat has an on-board orientation map to show all safety equipment required.  We also supply every boat with an area map showing Points of Interest, "Hazard Zones", Restrooms, Camping Sites and Lighthouses.

Q: Can we keep the boats overnight?
A: ONLY if arrangements are made in advance and you have a slip that can be validated.  We do not allow overnight boat camping.

Q: Can we bring the family dog on the boat?
A: Small pets are welcome, but if there are any damages or messes, you will be responsible for the cost.

Q: How fast can the watercraft go and can we tow skiers?
A: You can easily tow skiers, tubes and wake boards with our boats.   Our Pontoon speeds are as follows (please note these are approximate speeds depending on weight load*):
